REGISTRATION PACKET PICK UP

Registration check-in and packet pickup will run from 12-4:30 pm on Thursday, on the second floor of the Mote Keating Center on the main campus (see the map here for more detailed directions). Packets can additionally be picked up during check-in on Friday morning from 8-9 am.

We strongly encourage registrants to pick up packets on Thursday if possible, to avoid long wait times on Friday morning.

PRESENTER LOAD IN

Oral presentations can be loaded during registration either 12-4:30 pm on Thursday or Friday morning from 8-9 am. Please bring your presentation ready to load on a USB drive. All oral presentations must be loaded no later than 9 am on Friday.

Posters will be hung up in the MAP conference room during registration (8-9 am) on Saturday. Please come to MAP with your poster to hang during this time. We will not be able to hang them any earlier.

INFORMAL MEET & GREET

We will meet for an optional, informal "meet and greet" at O'Leary's Tiki Bar at Bayfront Park (5 Bayfront Dr, Sarasota, FL 34236) on Thursday evening, starting at 5:30 pm. This is an opportunity for more networking and fun before the official start of the conference! Registration packets can also be picked up during this event. All attendees for this optional event are responsible for the cost of their own food and drink.
